Precious Moments Bedding

I was really torn between the Precious Moments bedding and a Noah’s Ark theme for my child’s room. While I have always loved the Precious Moments characters I have always dreamed of my child’s nursery decked out in a Noah’s Ark theme. The decision was pretty difficult.

Part of the problem was that I had already purchased some Noah’s Ark inspired pieces for the room. There is a lovely lamp and night light in this theme and I also purchased an adorable toy box shaped like an arc. How could I suddenly introduce the Precious Moments bedding into this room?

I finally decided to forget about the lovable characters for my child’s room but I did this regretfully. I added a Noah’s Ark crib set to my gift registry and put the loveable idea of the Precious Moments bedding to rest. However, one of my baby shower guests took it upon herself to do a little independent shopping.

My boisterous cousin is a real pro when it comes to motherhood. She clips coupons and juggles a home based business while caring for a toddler and an infant. She also does a lot of research into the hottest trends in nursery décor. It is a real passion for her. In fact, she was the one who initially mentioned that the Precious Moments bedding was very popular.

After she looked at my gift registry, she phoned just about everyone she knew. Anyone she thought was going to attend my shower received a call stating that they should not buy the Noah’s Ark crib set. She intended to purchase a Precious Moments bedding set instead.

Normally this would be unheard of considering that it was my choice but my friends and family knew that my cousin knew her stuff. When I opened her gift (which was saved for very last), I gasped. I was looking at everything I wanted in the Precious Moments bedding. The theme of this set is Noah’s Ark.

Now my child’s nursery is complete. I have the Precious Moments bedding with the adorable characters in a Noah’s Ark scene. I’m so glad that my cousin has a mind of her own.
