There are toy make up mirrors available that use batteries as opposed to electricity so they are completely safe for a little princess of seven or eight years of age to use.
When that little one begins to mature and is ready to start experimenting with blush, eye shadow and mascara, a lighted make up mirror makes a lovely gift. To a teenager receiving this gift they will feel more confident and special when applying their make up.
